Frankfurt are expected to soon receive a proposal of around £50 million (£50 million) from Manchester, with Marmoush set to make a move to the Premier League this transfer window.

According to the newspaper AsCity coach Pep Guardiola will have a “monster” to lead the attack.

The publication claims that the Egyptian plays “at the level of the best in Europe” and that he should fit perfectly into the Catalan coach’s tactical scheme.

“Marmoush is what we call a ‘total player’. He is the ideal striker to form a duo with Haaland in City’s offensive line, filling the void left by the sale of Julián Álvarez,” the newspaper wrote.

“The African has an eye for goal, as evidenced by his performances in the Bundesliga this season: with 14 goals in 16 games, he is just behind the top scorer, Harry Kane,” they noted.

“The numbers that Marmoush has achieved during his two years at Eintracht are simply sensational. These are top-level numbers that have only improved this season,” they added.

The newspaper also points out that the attacker’s market value has exploded, going from 15 million euros to 60 million euros in just one year.

“For all these reasons, he will be an incredibly good signing for Manchester City. Salah’s Egypt teammate is now ready to compete against Salah’s Liverpool,” they joked.

Revealed by Wadi Degla, Omar has spent almost his entire career in German football, having also played for Wolfsburg, St. Pauli and Stuttgart.
