Pep Guardiola speaks out again on Kyle Walker’s future. The Manchester City coach opens the door to a turnaround.
The England international missed this weekend’s 8-0 FA Cup win against Salford City. According to Guardiola, this is because Walker asked to leave the Manchester club. However, this exclusion may not be definitive.
Guardiola opens the door for Walker to return to the squad
Man City challenges Brentford this Tuesday in the Premier League. A trip to the Gtech Community that Walker could also miss, after the FA Cup episode. Asked about the possibility of summoning Walker again, Guardiola was realistic.

Guardiola still has a soft spot for Walker
Walker clearly asked that he wanted to leave after 7 years at the Etihad. Fallen from grace this season, the 34-year-old is not, however, vomited up by his trainer.

According to reports, several teams are tracking Walker, like Milan. Other rumors mention suitors in the Premier League, but also in the Saudi Pro League.
