Guillaume Dutoit has decided to end his career, announced Swiss Aquatics. The 28-year-old from Lausanne communicated his decision to the federation last week, the latter specifies.

Silver medalist at the 2014 Junior Europeans and 9th at the Youth Olympic Games in Nanjiing the same year, Guillaume Dutoit has participated in six elite world championships. He especially distinguished himself in 2022, placing 4th with Jonathan Suckow in synchronized diving and 8th individually at the World Championships in Budapest then twice 4th at the Europe in Rome (individually and in synchro).

Guillaume Dutoit remains in a disappointing 2024 season. He was forced to withdraw from the European Championships in Belgrade due to health concerns, after missing the qualification for the Olympic Games in synchronized with Jonathan Suckow.
