Snowy roads
The first snowfalls were observed around 2 p.m. in the Louvetot sector. Flakes begin to accumulate and stick to roofs and sidewalks, raising fears of the formation of icy patches.

“Snowfall was observed throughout Seine-Maritime, with the exception of the south of the department where the softening is already underway with an evolution into rain,” indicates Météo France in its latest bulletin.
On the A29, near Cottévrard, snow has also taken over the road.
-Two to five centimeters of snow possible
Towards the north and east of the department, snowfall is more significant leading to the formation of a small layer of snow which grips the ground well. This is the case in Dieppe, where the airfield runways are now white.
In the northern sectors of the department, falls of two to five centimeters of snow are still possible.
According to Météo France, the current softening in the south will then extend to the entire department and the precipitation will then turn into rain.
“In view of these forecasts, the prefectural decree prohibiting overtaking and imposing a speed reduction of 20 km/h for heavy goods vehicles weighing more than 7.5 tonnes on the entire road network of the department is lifted from from 6:00 p.m. School transport will be provided tomorrow”, indicates a press release from the prefect.
13 minor injuries during 13 interventions related to snow were recorded by the firefighters, specifies the prefecture.
