The Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports recently published a circular intended for regional directors, provincial directors and heads of academies to set dates and guidelines relating to school exams for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year.
THE standardized exams for students of the sixth grade of primary school and the third year of college will be held on January 15 and 16, 2025. Once the tests completed, the correction operations must be finalized no later than January 18, 2025.
The ministry also set key dates for the resumption of classes. The second semester of primary and secondary-college cycles will begin on January 20, 2025, while the reprise for the other levels is scheduled for January 17, 2025.
-Regarding the evaluation, the class tips will take place over two days, January 23 and 24, 2025. At the end of this phase, the transcripts will be given to students on January 25, 2025, thus closing this first part of the school year.
The ministry stressed the importance of ensuring a good conduct of exams by mobilizing all the necessary resources. Specific measures will be put in place to guarantee the transparency and integrity of these evaluations, essential to the academic career of students, affirmed the authority.
