“This is a first for me and I am very happy to share this moment with Selena (Gomez), Karla (Sofía Gascón), Jacques (Audiard) and all my fellow nominees, I admire you,” Zoe Saldaña said with emotion when collecting his prize on stage.
“My family, my mother, my sisters, my husband and my sons are here. I love you. You are everything to me. Thank you,” she concluded in tears.

During the evening, Emilia Perez also won the Golden Globes for best comedy, best international film, and best song for French artists Camille and Clément Ducol, who composed the original soundtrack.
