FC Barcelona started its 2024-2025 Copa del Rey campaign in the best possible way by crushing Barbastro 4-0 in the round of 16. Despite the difference in level between the two teams, the Blaugrana took this match very seriously and delivered a high-level performance to qualify without incident for the 8th.

From the start of the match, the Catalans took the lead thanks to a goal ofEric Garcia in the 5th minute. They then doubled the lead before the break with a goal of Robert Lewandowskiauthor of a double this evening. The Pole also received a yellow card in the first period for a foul on an opposing defender. Despite this slight downside, Barça already led 2-0 at half-time and seemed to be heading towards a big victory.
An offensive festival in the second half
