Nearly two out of three connections are made from a smartphone, confirming the importance of an interface adapted to mobility. Users are mainly looking for practical information or local events. Among the most consulted pages are the reception (17%), which highlights news and practical information, the outings agenda (12.5%), the municipal swimming pool (5.5%) and the procedure page concerning identity cards and passports (3.5%).

The “Contact us” form, used nearly 600 times this year, allows requests to be directed precisely towards services such as culture, town planning or cleanliness.
