On October 23, she was summoned by the court for a hearing but did not attend. As a result, a Miami judge issued a detention warrant. “The defendant may be held in the Miami-Dade County Jail until such time as she can be arraigned in court.”the judge indicated last November. This is not the first time that the “cat woman” has had problems with the law. In 2016, she was arrested by American law enforcement after violently attacking her companion, Lloyd Klein.
