Jocelyne Wildenstein, nicknamed “the cat woman” because of her numerous cosmetic surgery operations, died in Paris on December 31, 2024. According to information from Daily Mailthe person concerned was threatened with arrest before her death.

Jocelyne Wildenstein became known for her multiple cosmetic surgery operations, which the young woman had undergone at the end of the 1980s, to please her ex-husband if we trust the rumors. The one who was nicknamed “the cat woman” died this Tuesday, December 31, following a pulmonary embolism, in a Parisian hotel. Before her brutal death, the latter was threatened with arrest, reports the Daily Mail .

According to information from our British colleagues, Jocelyne Wildenstein risked being arrested after ignoring several court orders linked to an unpaid debt amounting to $344,000 (or more than 415,000 euros). On October 23, the woman who was in a relationship with Lloyd Klein was summoned to a hearing for contempt of court, to which she never showed up. For several months, the person concerned had packed her bags in Paris and it is not known whether she planned to return to the United States.where she also faced eviction from her Miami Beach apartment in separate eviction proceedings filed a few weeks ago”, notes the Daily Mail.

Before her death, Jocelyne Wildenstein set the record straight about her appearance: “If people want to think that…”

For years, a legend has been circulating about Jocelyne Wildenstein: her multiple cosmetic operations were allegedly done to please her ex-husband, Alec Wildenstein, who was passionate about wild cats. She would then have wanted to become “more feline”, but upon discovering the new face of his wife, Alec Wildenstein would have screamed in horror and initiated divorce proceedings. While the “cat woman” is very rare on French television, she spoke last October in Don’t touch my post to restore the truth about this legend. The couple that Jocelyne Wildenstein formed with Alec Wildenstein “has been very good for 20 years, which is already not bad at all”explained the person concerned on the air of C8.

According to her, the legend surrounding her surgical operations to please her husband is “a little bit of a twist.” To begin with, it wouldn’t be for him that she would have made these numerous transformations because she herself has always loved felines. “I never wanted to change my mind”assures Jocelyne Wildenstein, before continuing: “Besides, if you look at my head when I am very young and you see my eyes, my nose”we recognize the facial features. “Maybe my mouth is a little thicker”she admits. In any case, her ex-husband would not have screamed when he discovered her: “My ex-husband thought it was a great ad to put out during the divorce since we had worked together for 20 years selling impressionist paintings all over the world (…) we had to put something together. ”she justifies.
