In an interview given to our Belgian colleagues from Ciné-Télé-Revuethe two lovers from the previous season of Best Pastry Chef on M6 talk about their projects. Among them, Emily and Thibaut plan to find a cozy nest to share.
Together they embody one of the most beautiful stories of Best Pastry Chef. While season 13 of the competition is in full swing on M6 with the broadcast of the last part of the semi-final this Thursday, January 2 between José, Timothée, Benjamin and Tsiory, two former faces of the show played by Cyril Lignac and Mercotte continue on their merry way. Emily and Thibaut, two candidates from the twelfth edition broadcast a year ago, are teeming with professional but also personal projects because the two pastry chefs have still been a couple since filming. “We got closer little by little and we didn't put words to it. We didn't tell everyone that we were together“, they confided exclusively to Tele-Leisure during an interview to reveal behind the scenes of their meeting.
“We plan to move in together” : Emily et Thibaut (The Best Pastry Chef 2023) talk about their projects
In an interview given to our colleagues at Ciné-Télé-Revue this Thursday, January 2, Thibaut explains that he is collaborating with a Parisian boutique while Emily has just passed her CAP (Certificate of Teaching Aptitudes) in pastry and is thinking of creating her own dessert menu. On the private side, Emily lives in Belgium and Thibaut stayed in France. “But we plan to move in together“, assures the young woman. “The ideal would be to find an apartment close to the border, because we often go to Paris. We have both individual and joint projects. We are developing more and more online training and face-to-face master classes“, adds his companion.
-“I told production I was up for it“: Emily returns in a spin-off show Best Pastry Chef on M6?
Those who recently published a recipe book dedicated to trompe l'oeil cakes are not saying no to their own television show. Waiting for, Thibaut appears every week in the second part of the evening on M6 in The clash of the teamswhere he competes against former contestants from the program. “Between the participants, we already knew each other more or less, so the atmosphere was good. I loved diving back into the conditions of the show“, he confides. Emily, for her part, was behind the scenes of the filming… Waiting for a participation in front of the cameras next year? “I already told production that I was up for it“, she replies.
