The winter sales will begin on Wednesday January 8, 2025 in the morning (8:00 a.m.) and end on Tuesday February 4, 2025 inclusive (four weeks).
For online commerce or distance selling (e-commerce), sales dates are aligned with national dates for traditional commerce, regardless of the location of the company’s headquarters.
Sales are defined as sales accompanied or preceded by advertising and announced as tending, through a price reduction, to the sale of goods in stock.
The sales concern new or used merchandise. The stock must be established in advance and cannot be renewed during the operation. Resale at a loss is permitted during sales periods. Merchants are subject to obligations regarding sale products and the display of promotional prices.
