A man was found dead on the night of Monday December 30 to Tuesday December 31, at the foot of Saint-Étienne Cathedral, in Toulouse. Passersby alerted emergency services around 1 a.m. on Tuesday. But the intervention of firefighters and a team from Smur 31 did not save this 57-year-old man. His death was noted by the Samu 31 doctor.
