Jocelyne Wildenstein, nicknamed “the cat woman” following numerous cosmetic surgery operations, died on December 31 in , according to “Public” informed by a close family member. She was 84 years old.

Born Jocelyne Périsset in Lausanne (VD), on August 5, 1940, she had become a figure in the celebrity world and lived in New York.

It was to please her husband, the billionaire Alec Wiledenstein, a great cat lover, that Jocelyne Wildenstein had undergone countless operations, which had almost disfigured her.

These repeated cosmetic surgeries did not prevent Alec Wiledenstein from divorcing. A procedure closely followed by the press at the time because 10 billion dollars were at stake.
