Announced several months ago, the Freedom Street Concert Vybz Kartel & Friends will take place tonight at the National Stadium in Kingston, Jamaica. This will be Vybz Kartel’s first performance after 13 years of absence on stage!

Downsound Entertainment, which produces the concert, promises a level of production and spectacle that exceeds anything ever staged in Jamaica to date, including a 360-degree streaming view and a fireworks show never seen in Kingston.
As for the line-up, the American Masicka and the Ghanaian superstar Shatta Wale have just joined the lineup. Also announced are Popcaan, Spice, Skillibeng, Tommy Lee Sparta, Chronic Law, Rvssian, Shawn Storm, Lisa Hyper, Sheba, Gaza Indu, Likkle Addi, Likkle Vybz… and rumor has it that other global superstars could heat up their jets to join the celebration with one of their favorite dancehall artists…
