Yet another Serie A club will change ownership and pass to a consortium of foreign entrepreneurs.
In recent decades, many teams of Serie A they came under the control of foreign ownership, transforming the landscape of Italian football. Likewise, Milan came under the control of the group RedBird Capital in 2022, consolidating the American presence in Italian football.
Another significant example is represented by the purchase ofAtalanta by the family Pagliucatied to the United States, in 2022. The growing American presence has been aided by the economic attractiveness of Serie A, seen as a league with untapped potential and a global fan base.
New owners in Serie A
