Giustino BaldoniWilliam Morris Endeavor's agency has cut ties with the embattled actor… just hours after Blake Lively filed a lawsuit against him.
Sources with direct knowledge confirmed the news to TMZ after numerous reports surfaced.
While no official reason was given, the decision comes after his former co-star Lively filed a lawsuitt alleged sexual harassment and a coordinated effort to destroy his reputation.
Let's tell the story… In the lawsuit, Lively claims that production on “It Ends With Us” became so toxic that the film had to be shut down and have a walk-through about some of the alleged inappropriate behavior.
Among the topics discussed, according to the prosecution… Baldoni allegedly showed a nude photo to Blake, spoke of a past “addiction to pornography,” spoke of sexual exploits and mentioned Blake's weight.
These requests, and others, were accepted by the studio, according to the lawsuit… although differences in the film's marketing strategy persisted.
Blake also claims that Baldoni and two public relations gurus in crisis… Melissa Nathaniel E Jennifer Abele – compromised in an attempt to damage his reputation… including a number of alleged messages obtained through civil summons.
Justin's lawyer… Bryan Freeman – called the cause claims “false, scandalous and intentionally obscene with intent to cause public harm”… and adds that Blake only submitted it in an attempt to rehabilitate his image.
We reached out to Baldoni regarding his ouster from WME, which reportedly also represents Blake, but have so far heard nothing back.
