Third day of competitions a Le Grand-Bornandwhere the World Cup hosted the last men's pursuit of 2024. After his first victory on the top circuit, Martin Uldal started with bib number 1 in today's race, but Johannes Boe started with number 2, just one behind second from his compatriot. All the Italians called up managed to qualify.

A fierce Johannes wins and dominates the race Boe (0+0+0+1) which pulverizes the competition, leaving no hope for the opponents. The Norwegian champion was in control from the first range where he did not let his compatriot Uldal put pressure on him with whom he shot at the same time. He makes a mistake in the last shooting range but thanks to the large gap he cushions the error.

Eric finishes 2nd with an excellent performance Perrot (0+0+0+0) driven by the warmth of the local fans who can also celebrate Emilien's 3rd place today Jacqueline (0+0+1+1). The latter attempted a comeback against his compatriot who however defended himself very well in the last lap, completing a very positive race. Perrot closes at 27″6 while Jacquelin at 47″5.

Vebjoern off the podium Sister (0+2+0+0) who pays for the two errors in the second series: the Norwegian finishes 4th at 57″5 ahead of Sebastian Samuelsson (1+0+2+2) ea Sturla Holm Camps (0+0+1+2) which thus complete today's floral ceremony.

Race to forget instead Uldal (0+2+2+2) who finished 21st, more than 2′ behind his compatriot, today's winner. Quentin was also too foul Fillon Maillet (2+2+1+2) who is 24th at the finish line, 2'18″7 behind.

As for the Italians' race, the best at the finish line is Tommaso Giacomel (2+1+1+1) who unfortunately has not yet managed to find the precision on the range that would lead him to fight for the top positions. The Italian from Vipiteno finishes 11th at 1'40″8 from Boe.

Lukas was slightly slower Hofer (0+2+1+0) who ranks 20th at 2'04″4. Didier, however, is out of the points Bionaz (0+2+3+1) in 45th position at 3'39″2 and Daniele Cappellari (2+0+0+0) in 54a a 4’49″3.

After the men's pursuit, on the snows of Le Grand-Bornand it will be the women's turn who will start at 2.45pm for the last race of this format in 2024.
