Now it’s official, Netflix enters the world of football and will broadcast the 2027 and 2031 Women’s World Cups.

“The FIFA Women’s World Cup will be the first competition fully acquired by Netflix, further strengthening the tournament’s status as the largest women’s sporting event in the world and offering an exceptional platform to promote women’s football.”
“The historic agreement will give US fans unprecedented access to all live matches and immersive coverage, featuring studio shows featuring industry stars, for an unprecedented celebration of women’s soccer. The agreement also includes Puerto Rico and covers all languages, with a high-quality dual telecast planned for both English and Spanish broadcasts in the United States.”
