School orchestra, what is it?

The City of Tours offers school the practice of choral singing associated with theater or a musical instrument through Choir and Orchestra systems at schoolset up by the State.

All the students are united around a common project: the creation of an orchestra and a choir which will grow, evolve and flourish over two or three years.

At an average rate of two hours per week, students make concrete progress to quickly reach a quality musical level. These rewarding results help to give them more self-confidence through innovative educational learning.
