The body of a 15-year-old girl, stabbed to death, was found during the night from Saturday to Sunday in Isle (Haute-Vienne), announced the Limoges public prosecutor's office, confirming information from Le Populaire du Center and RMC.
A teenager has been taken into custody for murder. Le Populaire du Center indicated that the victim's name was Inès, and that she was the youngest of three sisters. A resident of Isle, she attended Jean-Rebier college.
“There is no question of rape at all,” clarified the Limoges public prosecutor, Emilie Abrantes, not wishing to give further details immediately.
According to RMC, the teenager was the victim of stabbings by a 15-year-old teenager, who ambushed her with the sole aim of stealing her cell phone.
Inès' disappearance was reported on Friday, December 13, by her family when the teenager had a meeting with a young man of her age. On social networks, numerous messages relayed the photo of the teenager with her description.
