Match: The group for PSG/OL with two unexpected absentees

PSG has just revealed the group of 21 players selected for the match against OL and there are two surprise absentees with Milan Skriniar and Randal Kolo Muani. Senny Mayulu, on the other hand, is making a comeback.

The PSG infirmary is now completely empty as confirmed by Luis Enrique on the eve of PSG/OL and the Parisian coach finds himself making strong choices within his squad since he can only list 20 names on the match sheet, even if it still constitutes a group of at least 21 players given that the three goalkeepers Donnarumma, Safonov and Tenas are still retained.

The first name in the squad to undergo the choices of the Parisian coach is called Milan Skriniar. The Slovak central defender was not selected for PSG/OL and suffered the full brunt of Lucas’ return to competition Hernandezanother player playing in his position. Among the group of 21 players, however, is Lucas Beraldobut the Brazilian also benefits from his versatility since he can play on the left, not Skriniar. Presnel Kimpembe is still not retained in the group for this PSG/OL either.

The other absentee, however, is a huge surprise since it is Randal First Class. Not coming into play in Salzburg and overall not in Luis Enrique’s plans, the 26-year-old striker now even has clear confirmation of this. Senny Mayulu is, however, making a comeback after three weeks of absence. His return among the attacking players at large brings out the young Ibrahim Mbaye of the group, the latter also and above all suffering the return of Ousmane Dembele’s following his midweek suspension in the Champions League.

The group for PSG/OL:

Guardians: Donnarumma, Safonov, Tenas
Defenders: Hakimi, Marquinhos, Pacho, Hernandez, Beraldo, Mendes, Zague
Environments: Ruiz, Neves, Vitinha, Zaïre-Emery, Doué, Mayulu
