During the last summer transfer window, Danilo Pereira was pushed out by Luis Enrique. And yet, the current resident of Al Ittihad believes that the Spanish coach is the right man for PSG. Asked about the future of Luis Enrique, Danilo Pereira campaigned for him to stay in Paris.

Despite everything, the Portuguese international is not in favor of the Spaniard leaving the PSG. Luis Enrique being at the end of his contract on June 30 with the Parisian club.
“You have to have a long-term vision”
« How would you define the management of Luis Enrique with whom you spent a season? He is a very good coach. He has very clear ideas. Sometimes it can seem like he doesn’t listen to people. He’s into his thing because he really believes in his work! He likes to keep the ball and tire the opponent out. He is a coach who can bring a lot of experience. But it takes time, and in Paris, we’re a little short of it. People are in a hurry. In Paris, we tend to doubt a little. And there should be no doubt. A project does not last six months or a year. You have to have a long-term vision,” estimated Danilo Pereirabefore asserting that Luis Enrique was the ideal man to embody the new project of PSG.

Luis Enrique has ideas for advancing a project that lasts over time. It’s important that he has the support of the club and the supporters even if we don’t like his character”estimated Danilo Pereira.
