Denée. Claudine Leclair retires after 32 years at town hall

On Wednesday, Claudine Leclair celebrated her retirement after thirty-two years at Denée town hall. In order to honor the latter, the five mayors who have succeeded each other at the head of the municipality, Yvette Revault, Dominique Tertrais, Paul Germon, Jean-Paul Saulgrain and the current first magistrate, Priscille Guillet, were present.

Claudine Leclair is from May-sur-Èvre. She began her career at the town hall of Rezé, in -Atlantique, where she spent five years. “I was almost out of school. At the time, we registered for unemployment at the town hall, she explains. I was asked: “What exactly are you looking for?” And I was hired to replace maternity leave. »

In the years 2000-2010, Claudine Leclair saw administrative tasks evolve considerably with the dematerialization of files. She knows all the mysteries of municipal life – reception, civil status, cemetery management, organization of elections, accounting and human resources. “There was even a postal agency at one point,” remembers the young retiree aged 62, who lives in Denée, and who is the mother of three daughters and already a grandmother twice.
