The Saint-Etienne University Hospital ranks 20th best health establishment in France in the ranking of hospitals and clinics published by the magazine The Point.
This ranking compares 502 establishments for 84 disciplines, in numerous specialties.
Six places gained
The Stéphanois University Hospital climbs to 20th place among the best hospital establishments in France, gaining 6 places compared to the previous ranking where it occupied the 26th position three years ago.
“It is notably in the top 20 and 10 for many specialties. This national ranking confirms the excellence of the establishment and underlines the quality of the work of all the hospital teams involved in the daily care of patients,” specifies the Saint-Etienne University Hospital.
Third for rhythmology support
The Stéphanois University Hospital is ranked very highly, among the best establishments in France in 41 specialties. Here are the ones where he excels:
- 3rd for rhythmology treatment (treatment of all types of rhythm disorders, in cardiology)
- 5th for the treatment of schizophrenia
- 6th for vascular medicine care
- 6th for glaucoma surgery
- 7th for hearing surgery
- 8th for the treatment of knee ligaments
- 9th for the management of myocardial infarction
- 10th for the management of adult diabetes
- 12th for adult back surgery.
