Luna attacks the prison guard

At the penitentiary center, the prison guard, who is also the boyfriend of Cécilia Lopes (Delphine Chanéac), informs Luna that no one confirms her statements. But Luna does not give in and requests an interview with her lawyer, Master Battle (Victoria Grosbois). Will she get it?

Later, Cécilia, who is responsible for bringing the meal tray to the inmates, goes to Luna's cell. Once again, she attacks him with hurtful words, but Luna is tired of fighting.

And for good reason, Luna is starving, because she has not eaten for a long time, and Cécilia does not intend to put an end to her torture. Luna begs her to give her her tray and Cécilia spits in it. Luna finds herself alone, facing her soiled lunch.

Later, in the outside courtyard of the prison, Luna announces to some inmates that she is in danger and that she would like to pay them so that they will notify her lawyer. Of course, they refuse.

But Luna suspected it, it was a ploy to end up in isolation and thus benefit from an interview with Maître Bataille. The guard surprises Luna, but refuses to put her in solitary confinement. He only deprives her of speaking for three weeks.

Furious, Luna begins to insult the prison guard, then violently push him, but nothing helps, he refuses to play along…

Samuel dreams of becoming a dad

As December 25 approaches, Jennifer (Diane Dassigny) surprises Samuel (Iñaki Lartigue) dressed as Santa Claus. The latter informs him that he is in charge of the children's Christmas at the police station. He's the one who offered because he's one of the only ones not to be a dad.

Embarrassed by this discussion, Jennifer informs her boyfriend that she has to go to work, but he wants to immortalize the moment with a selfie. Jennifer therefore takes a photo alongside Samuel disguised in a red suit and white beard.

A few minutes later, at the doctor's office, Jennifer discovers that Léa knows about Samuel's hidden job. She is upset to be the last to know: “I know he purposely didn’t tell me about it because I don’t want kids.”

She fears that this disagreement will create tensions within their relationship and that Samuel will end up leaving her. Léa advises him to burst the abscess by having a serious discussion. So, will Jennifer break the silence?

At the Mistral police station, Boher (Stéphane Henon) discovers Patrick and Samuel daydreaming in front of the children's toys, and more particularly in front of a train circuit. They are both reverting to childhood.

At the end of the day, Samuel goes to the Mistral and discovers Romy in her cradle. He asks his cousin, Thomas (Laurent Kérusoré), who it is and the latter tells him: “She’s mine, she’s my little girl.”

Is Romy Baptiste’s daughter?

Following their discovery the day before, Thomas (Laurent Kérusoré) and Gabriel try to take care of little Romy. If Thomas takes his new role as grandpa to heart, Gabriel is, for his part, more busy finding out about the baby's biological mother.

Gabriel said to her husband: “She must be drugged, immature and responsible. She abandoned her daughter to strangers.” But Thomas has another idea in mind: he thinks that Romy is none other than Baptiste's hidden daughter.

At the same time, at the port of Marseille, tension rises a notch between Emma and Baptiste. The young woman wants to know the truth about Romy: “She was conceived in September 2023 and at that time, you were still in Marseille.”

But the young man denies everything outright: “It’s someone trying to blackmail me. I didn’t cheat on you, you have to believe me.” To find out for sure, Emma asks her partner to take a paternity test.

Back at Thomas and Gabriel's house, Emma is still plagued by doubts. She confides to Thomas that she doesn't believe a single word of what Baptiste tells her: “I think he is in denial and I asked him to take a paternity test.”

The boss of the Mistral responds: “If Romy is my little girl, I should take care of her. She is better off here than in a home or a foster family.” Emma agrees with him, but refuses to play mother-in-law.

Arriving home, Gabriel notices that Thomas has bought a whole bunch of equipment for Romy: a stroller, baby bottles, a baby monitor and even a baby bed. He takes the opportunity to inform his husband that he knows how to get the contact details of Romy's biological mother, which breaks Thomas' heart.

Later that day, Gabriel finished investigating this woman. While he is right in front of her house, he comes face to face with Baptiste. Gabriel tells him that he knows about his link with Déborah Larcher, Romy's mother.

The young man has no choice but to tell him the truth: “Last year, before leaving Marseille, I cheated on Emma with Déborah.” So, is he really the father of the child?
