Among the various actions, gatherings are planned in front of two EHPADs in Dijon.
Press release from the CFDT Santé-Sociaux union of December 3, 2024:
The last few weeks have seen a succession of announcements, all negative and stigmatizing against the Civil Service and its agents. Illness should not be punished financially. The CFDT does not accept that civil service agents become scapegoats for the debt.
The CFDT asks the government:
– To waive the three-day waiting period and the reduction in compensation for sick leave
– To carry out a real prevention policy to avoid health problems linked to the profession and the conditions of exercise
– To recognize skills
– To promote experience through regular increases
– To carry out regular general increases to restore dynamism to remuneration
– Revise salary scales to recognize qualifications
– To allow career development which stops after twenty or twenty-five years
– To compensate for losses in purchasing power
– To immediately revalue the index point.
As part of this day of action, the CFDT Santé-Sociaux union of Côte-d'or will mobilize as close as possible to the agents assigned to their position, to ensure the continuity of public service, in hospitals, EHPADs, child protection establishments by organizing rallies, information meetings and tours of duty to sign a petition which will be given to the government.
Thus, two gatherings are already planned in front of the EPCAPA establishments: Les Bégonias, 44 bd de l'Université and the Jardins Voltaire, 12 rue Colomban in Dijon, all day from 10 a.m.
For the CFDT Santé Social union of Côte-d’or
