Heated and massaging seats from the Yoghi brand sold in all Intermarché stores are being recalled after a product caught fire, indicates Rappel Conso in a fact sheet published this Tuesday.

Be careful of the risk of burns. This Tuesday, the government platform Rappel Conso published a sheet indicating the recall of a batch of heated and massaging seats from the Yoghi brand. After the fire of a product, the manufacturer decided to trigger a recall of all products marketed for several weeks.

The lot was distributed in Intermarché stores throughout between November 11 and November 30, 2024. The Yoghi brand seat in question is the 12v massaging and heating Ergoseat model, designed to be placed on a car seat and remote control.

A risk of burns

More precisely, it is lot PC-193-117-1712, registered under GTIN 3662738043864, which is recalled. The cause of the recall, according to Rappel Conso, is that a product caught fire.

There is a risk of burns for users. People in possession of one of the seats from the recalled lot are invited to no longer use it and return it to the point of sale.

A telephone number has been made available to consumers who wish to be informed: 01.48.39.21.55. An after-sales service website is also available. The reminder sheet, however, does not mention the compensation method.

The recall procedure will end on Friday January 31, 2025.
