The public broadcaster now holds its new board of directors of 13 members in full for a term of 5 years. The MR and the Engagés signed an agreement which offers the presidency of the RTBF to Joëlle Milquet, the former federal minister of the Interior and former president of the ex-cdH (now Les Engagés). It was a total surprise on the part of the MR who proposed new names totally different from those which had leaked a month ago. Everything is therefore ready for validation of the composition of the new board of directors of RTBF which will have to manage the reduction in the subsidy of the public channel decreed by the new majority at the helm of the Government of the Walloon Federation (MR-Les Engagés) .

White smoke for the new composition of the Board of Directors (CA) of RTBF which will be made up of 13 members for a mandate of 5 years. According to our colleagues at “La Libre”, it is Joëlle Milquet who will chair the new board of directors of the public radio and television channel. Contacted by us, his party, Les Engagés, confirms that it is indeed the name of the former federal Minister of the Interior and former president of the ex-cdH (now Les Engagés) who is proposed to occupy the position .
