FC Barcelona could find two key elements for its trip to Mallorca, including one who has been absent for a long time.

Having struggled in recent weeks in La Liga, FC Barcelona should regain strength as they approach their trip to Mallorca this Tuesday. At a press conference on Monday, Blaugranas coach Hansi Flick announced progress in the recovery of Dani Olmo and Ronald Araujo.

The Spanish playmaker, left to rest during the defeat against Las Palmas (1-2) due to a muscular problem, received the medical green light and will be available for the next match. On the other hand, uncertainty persists regarding Araujo. The Uruguayan central defender, sidelined since last July due to a hamstring injury, continues to progress but remains uncertain for this meeting.

Barça under pressure

“Ronald is progressing a lot, he is improving his level and is almost ready. I don't know if it will be in the next match or the next one (against Betis Sevilla on Saturday, editor's note), but he looks very good. It's important. As for Dani, he is already back and available to join the starting lineup”said the former Germany coach.

As a reminder, Barça remains on two defeats and a draw in three championship matches. Currently leader, one point behind Real Madrid who have one game less, the culé club will be keen to return to victory at Son Moix.
