The minor was presented to a children's judge last Friday, November 8. At the end of the hearing, he was placed in a reinforced educational center, “as part of a judicial review also requiring him to comply with other obligations and prohibitions,” indicated Cécile Gesnac, public prosecutor. of Nîmes, in a press release.
Four suspects released, one adult tried next January
In this case, six people were arrested, including the 15-year-old minor. Four of them were released because “no serious or consistent evidence of having participated in the facts was found” against them, the magistrate explained.
The last suspect, a 28-year-old adult, should be tried next January. Before the judge, last Friday November 8, he requested time to prepare his defense and was placed in pre-trial detention pending his judgment.
