No shots, no injuries, but a big scare. Wednesday morning around 11 a.m., cash conveyors were attacked by several individuals in Saint-Ouen-l'Aumône (Val-d'Oise).
The conveyors were then leaving the Lucas Lucor jewelry store, located on rue Ampère and which sells jewelry wholesale, when they were robbed by two men carrying a handgun. The criminals attacked one of the conveyors who was transporting a bag between the store and the unmarked van. They snatched the bag from him before fleeing by car.
400,000 euros of gold stolen
Inside the stolen bag, around five kilos of gold intended to be melted down and whose value is estimated at around 400,000 euros.
In June 2024, this store had already been the victim of an attempted theft, but at this stage no connection was made by the investigators, the operating mode not being identical.
