Since its creation in 1994, ULT develops and markets extraction and filtration solutions for air purification. At the recent Formnext 2024 show, ULT unveiled its brand new gas purification system AMF 60a modular gas-tight extraction and filtration system that is suitable for different inert gases (e.g. nitrogen, argon, helium).

In addition to its ease of use, safe maintenance and advanced service, the AMF 60 guarantees low production costs and a long filter life. The mobile and flexible system is equipped with HEPA-H14 filters and offers an extended filtration performance of >99.995%.

It shows that the purified air can be returned to the working area. Passive storage filters allow highly flammable and hazardous pollutants to be handled without contamination.

The gas purification system can be connected as a slave to an I/O system or used as a single solution with the CULT™ control. This newly developed control includes standard elements such as a timer for setting operating times or data logging functions.

Modular extensions, for example sensor monitoring of all process parameters or customizable post-filters, round off the functionality of the device.

Thanks to its compact design, the AMF 60 only requires a small footprint of 450 x 640 mm. The device can be deployed worldwide without additional modifications thanks to its UL compliance and wide voltage range of 90 to 250 VAC.
