The absence of Paul Pogba, 2018 world champion with the France team and victim, largely fueled the debates in the trial which bears his name on Tuesday. Six men, including his brother, Mathias, appear until December 3 for having tried, by different means, to extort 13 million euros from the footballer in 2022.
And the trial will continue this Wednesday, November 27 before the Paris criminal court despite requests for dismissal from defense lawyers. The hearing must resume around 3 p.m. with the first questioning on the merits.
