The fire broke out on the first floor of a house on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at around 12:45 p.m. in the town of Saint-Hilaire-de-Clisson, south of Loire-Atlantique. Two minors were inside and were taken care of by the firefighters. However, their state of health did not give rise to any concerns.

Seven fire engines headed to the town of Saint-Hilaire-de-Clisson on Tuesday, July 2 at midday. A fire broke out on the first floor of a house on Rue de l’Ancienne-Mairie, in a strip of three adjoining houses, at the intersection with Rue de la Vendée.

Transported to the Nantes University Hospital

Alerted at 12:45 p.m., the firefighters quickly deployed two fire hoses and prevented the flames from spreading to neighboring houses.

Emergency services took charge of an 11-year-old child and a 16-year-old girl, who were transported to the Nantes University Hospital, considered to be “lightly injured” by the firefighters.
