Isabelle Ducret winner of the Jean Dumur Prize 2024

The winner of the Jean Dumur Prize 2024 East Isabelle Ducretinvestigative journalist and senior reporter at Temps Present (RTS). The prize will be presented to him on Wednesday November 27 at 7 p.m. at the Foyer of the Grand Théâtre de Genève during a public ceremony in the presence of the Mayor of the City of Geneva Christina Kitsos.

Journalist and great reporter, Isabelle Ducret is the 2024 winner. Investigative journalist at Temps Present (RTS), she is pursuing a remarkable and committed career in the service of investigation and major reporting. After sharpening her pen for around ten years in the Genevan and French-speaking written press (Le Courrier/La Liberté then as a free journalist), in 2002 she joined the News department of French-speaking Swiss Television before joining, in 2011, the RTS show Temps Present. His favorite themes are in the areas of health, social justice and migration. As an international reporter, she covered the conflict in Gaza, the Maydan revolution in Ukraine and the riots in Hong Kong. She notably won the prestigious FIGRA Prize at the 2014 International Festival of Grand Reportage with an investigation entitled “Against Nestlé until death” and the Suva Media Grand Prize 2023 for a report entitled “Telephone while driving, drama at the turn”.
