A man in his forties, dying, was discovered on the public road on rue des Pâquerettes, in the Barradels district.

Three blows to the victim
SDIS31 firefighters and a Samu team quickly took care of the victim, but all resuscitation attempts failed. According to a witness, the man had “a wound on his back, consistent with a stabbing”. According to our information, the police believe that the murder could be linked to a fight which broke out near the scene of the tragedy, Place de Catalogne, between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. The Toulouse public prosecutor's office confirms the custody of an individual since 5 a.m., half a dozen people would also be heard in open hearings. The Barradels neighborhood is known to the authorities as an active drug deal point, but there is no indication at this stage that this homicide is linked to drugs. The victim, living in Toulouse, is not known for drug dealing.
