The snowy episode in Côte-d'Or is over! However, be careful on the roads this Saturday morning. Indeed, at 7 a.m., the thermometer dropped to -4.7 degrees in Dijon, -0.5 degrees in Montbard, -1.2 degrees in Pouilly-en-Auxois or even -3.3 degrees in La Rochepot.
As the departmental council informs on its Inforoute 21 website, there may be localized ice on the road. Salting operations are also underway in the morning in several sectors of the Côte-d'Or. The department was placed on yellow “snow and ice” vigilance by Météo France from 6 a.m. to noon.
Up to 16 degrees on Sunday?
The cold will remain very present this Saturday, with maximums of 4 degrees, under a sky oscillating between clouds and clearings. But as we announced to you yesterday, a sudden rise in temperatures is expected from Sunday. According to MétéoNews forecasts, the thermometer could rise up to 16 degrees in the department. The day will also be marked by the presence of wind. On this subject, Météo France will place Côte-d'Or on yellow alert between noon and midnight.
Next week, we should be treated to fairly unstable weather between rainy periods and clearings, with temperatures which will regularly exceed the 10 degree mark.
