Christian Dietershagen takes the reins of Progroup’s paper division

Progroup, one of the European leaders in corrugated cardboard, announces the arrival of Christian Dietershagen as head of its paper division as of January 1, 2025.

With more than 25 years of experience in the paper sector, notably at Sappi Stockstadt GmbH, Dietershagen will bring his expertise to optimize operations and strengthen Progroup’s position in the market.

In a press release, Maximilian Heindl, CEO of Progroup, welcomed this appointment, affirming that Christian Dietershagen, “a proven expert”, will allow the paper division to “gain in efficiency and competitiveness”. This appointment is part of Progroup’s global strategy aimed at strengthening its position in the market.

A paper engineer by training, Christian Dietershagen has demonstrated during his career solid expertise in the management of paper factories. At Sappi Stockstadt GmbH, he successfully implemented continuous improvement projects and optimized production processes.

At Progroup, his mission will be to continue the strategic development of the paper division, relying on the company’s values ​​and being part of an approach of innovation and respect for the environment.
