The Olympic Village continues its transformation. After welcoming athletes and journalists during the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, these buildings located in Saint-Ouen, Saint-Denis, L’Île-Saint-Denis and Dugny (Seine-Saint-Denis) were entrusted to different companies with the aim of transforming them into new housing. Those interested, however, should hurry because goods are going quickly, as reported Capital .

More than 30 accommodations available

Recently, for example, the Dugny media village has begun to change. Sogeprom, the real estate development subsidiary of Société Générale, will carry out an ambitious project until March 15, 2025 in order to renovate the buildings and transform them into new housing, ranging from studios to T5. Prices per m² vary between €3,200 and €4,400. A four-room apartment with balcony is, for example, marketed at €302,000.

“It’s a real new neighborhood that will see the light of day, including numerous green spaces, public facilities, a school group, a crèche and shops”explains to the magazine Loïc Madeline, deputy general director for Île-de- of Sogeprom. 150 apartments have already been put up for sale on this site which will be connected to line 15 of the Grand Paris Express metro. But only around thirty are still available.

Those interested should position themselves quickly. Latecomers will have to wait a little longer. From 2025, Sogeprom will launch a second phase of work aimed at adding 600 new apartments to the site. They will be marketed in the coming months.
