The news has broken. Pierre Palmade was sentenced to five years in prison, including two years. Present this Wednesday, November 20 at the Melun courthouse, the 56-year-old actor and comedian has finally decided on his fate. In February 2023, the latter, then under the influence of drugs, hit a car. The toll was three seriously injured, including a pregnant woman who ultimately lost her unborn baby. It is therefore behind bars that the actor will spend his next two years.

In 1995, Pierre Palmade surprised everyone by marrying Véronique Sanson. A marriage which at the time had raised as many questions as mockery. In a documentary broadcast on RMC Story in August 2023, an old interview with the actor about this surprise marriage was then shared. “I know there was teasing. It was very hurtful. Véronique Sanson is, however, not the only woman to have found favor in the eyes of Pierre Palmade. In his book Tell my dad I'm famousthe actor and comedian admitted to having tried to flirt with his friend Carole Bouquet. A real fiasco if we are to believe his confidences.
“I flirted with her for a while before she said to me: 'Stop Pierre. You're gay, I know it, you know it. That's enough, don't insist on me'”he wrote in the pages of his work. With her, Pierre Palmade could talk about everything. So much so that together they had
“regularly conversations about love and relationships”. Carole Bouquet did not hesitate to advise her friend, even if it meant being brutally frank: “Pierre, find yourself a guy who likes your humor. You're not the prettiest, you're not the youngest. On the other hand, you are a funny guy. Me, I know I can hate you, but if you make me laugh, I forgive you everything”.

When it comes to flirting, Pierre Palmade is not his first attempt. During an interview with Malika Ménard for Télé Loisirs, Christophe Willem revealed that he had also been hit on by Pierre Palmade. “On my first tour, I arrive in my dressing room and I see a bouquet of roses, but gigantic! I was all excited, like: 'But who sends me roses?' And there, I see: Pierre Palmade!”.
A bouquet accompanied by a note on which was written:
“'I find you very attractive'or something like that”. Despite this nice attention, Christophe Willem did not respond favorably to Pierre Palmade's advances: “It wasn’t the most fitting thing, but honestly I found it cute”.
