The Municipal Council met Thursday, November 14, under the chairmanship of Gilles Lahitte, deputy mayor. It has made various adjustments which take place during the last quarter of this year 2024.
On the financial side: the anticipated allocation of the result of the annexed budget of the municipal subdivision Les Jardins d'Émilie, in the operating section. The accounting situation of this budget allows this allocation.
The budgetary appropriations have been adjusted, both in revenue and in expenditure, following the modifications made since the vote of April 10, 2024.
Job creation
A position of main facilitator of the Childhood, Youth and Sports and Maintenance Service has been created. He is responsible for setting up and coordinating school, peri-educational, extracurricular and associative services, as part of a global educational project.
A full-time territorial editor position has also been created, he is responsible for administrative services, human resources management, social assistance and in particular civil status. Positions of second class territorial doctor and general care nurse, part-time, have been created.
A point was made on the personal training account, which allows public agents to follow qualifying training, to develop their skills and it can be part of the preparation for future mobility, promotion or of a professional reconversion. These training actions must take place as a priority during working time.
Price changes
After-school care for children who take the bus is 1 euro per day, including snacks. For the school canteen for guests, for municipal officials: 3 euros; other adults: 5.50 euros.
The rental rates for communal rooms by the Pouillonnais have been updated. An exceptional grant of 18,000 euros was awarded to Jump for the creation of two 3×3 basketball courts at the sports complex.
An opinion in principle was requested on an agrivoltaic project initiated by the company Boralex, on the property of Hervé Durquety, on the southeastern borders of Pouillon in the very hilly and sunny district of Goeytes.
