Change of presidency of the BCN Innovation prize jury

A page is turning in the jury of the BCN Innovation prize. President of the jury, which awards this award each year to innovative projects in Neuchâtel, Yves Perriard experienced its last edition at the end of September. He leaves his place after the eight regulatory years and seven editions of the Banque cantonale neuchâteloise competition. He will remember: “a lot of contacts, a lot of discoveries, I think a human adventure,” he describes. Each year, the president and then the jury receive numerous applications, in rather broad areas. There is still one area more represented than others, believes Yves Perriard. “I would say that we rather have files which are in pure tech, in technological innovation. » For the now former president of the jury, innovation abounds in the canton of Neuchâtel. He also notes the tenacity of entrepreneurs: “They come saying ‘I’m sure I have something extraordinary’. »

To replace Yves Perriard, Nathalie Tissot has taken over as interim president of the BCN Innovation prize jury for one year. They will both be on December 12 at Microcity at 10 a.m. for an information session for the BCN Innovation 2025 prize.

And considered a bit like “the little brother” of this BCN Innovation prize, the BCN Boost is launched. It is aimed at young Neuchâtel residents, who are between 16 and 28 years old. Applications for this competition from the Banque Cantonale neuchâteloise are open until January 31. /lgn
