Celine Dion is the mother of three boys. If Nelson and Eddy are still young, when is his eldest son René-Charles?

René-Charles is the eldest son of Céline Dion and René Angélil. Born in 2001, René-Charles grew up in a special family context under the watchful eye of fans and the media. In fact, the young boy occupied the family property in Las Vegas where he took home lessons. At the same time, he lived a life all over the world following his mother Céline Don on her tours. At the age of nine, while the family was living in Florida, he became the big brother of Nelson and Eddy, the younger twins of Céline Dion and René Angélil.

While some rumors of disagreement between the Canadian diva and her son could be heard, it was as a united duo that they appeared last February at the Grammy Awards ceremony and on June 17 in New York for the premiere of the documentary event “I Am: Céline Dion”, released on Prime Video this Tuesday, June 25. Indeed, the eldest of the family was able to show his strong presence at his mother’s side during her long fight against the disease.

What is happening to René-Charles?

Today René-Charles is 23 years old. Mediated since his childhood, he evolves far from the spotlight of his famous mother while carving his own path in music. Indeed, if the young man has been studying at the University of Nevada in Las Vegas since 2019, he was not able to fight for long against his maternal heritage and his love for music. Two years ago, in 2021, René-Charles surprised the web by unveiling his rap mini-album. Several titles released under the pseudonym Big Tip.

During 2023, René-Charles was talked about being in a relationship with Angélique Weckmann, daughter of casino owners in Las Vegas. A relationship which, however, ended last November.
