Update on the situation at the start of the day in Béziers
This Monday morning, around a hundred wine growers are present at the entrance to the highway west of Béziers, aboard around twenty vehicles.

The demonstrators should soon take the road to Narbonne to join people in the Aude town and then head towards Spain. Therefore, significant disruptions are expected on the motorway in the Montpellier-Spain direction. Some vehicles display a slogan: “Macron, before playing war, is already saving French agriculture” .

Arriving at the border, wine growers should block all trucks returning to France. According to our journalist on site, the farmers plan to stay several days at the Boulou toll booth, just a few kilometers from the Spanish border.
