10 dead and 47 injured in Odessa

A Russian missile strike in broad daylight on Monday, according to authorities, left at least 10 dead and 47 injured in Odessa, a port city on the Black Sea. These are fragments of a downed Russian projectile which fell on a residential area, according to the Ukrainian Air Force. Seven police officers, a caregiver and two town residents were among those killed, the regional governor said.
