This Saturday, November 16, a 28-year-old young man is arrested in the Paris region. An arrest linked to the murder of Tuesday November 12 in Rennes, rue Papu. He was indicted for murder. He admitted to having carried out the murderous stab, without wanting to kill the victim.
Arrested at the airport
As a reminder, a 39-year-old man was stabbed near downtown Rennesrue Papu shortly after noon on November 12. Stabbed in the back after an altercation, the victim could not be resuscitated by emergency services. The attacker then fled and was actively sought by the police. The arrested man, aged 28, went to Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport to take a flight to Mayotte.
A dispute linked to drug trafficking
The suspect was indicted for murder and placed in pre-trial detention. He has already been convicted twice for drug offenses. In court, he explained that he had a dispute with the victim because of drug trafficking. He also admitted to having stabbed him, but without intending to kill.
