Public inquiry into the draft flood risk prevention plan (PPRI) in the commune of Garéoult linked to the presence of the Issole and its main tributaries, as well as the problem of natural runoff.

• Notice of opening of public inquiry:

The single public inquiry will be open and consultable from Monday November 18 to Wednesday December 18, 2024 inclusive relating to: the draft flood risk prevention plan (PPRI) in the commune of Garéoult, linked to the presence of the Issole and its main tributaries, as well as the problem of natural runoff.

The documents making up the file submitted to public inquiry are available online today.

During the duration of the investigation, you can send your observations and proposals to the investigating commissioner:

  • On the open register at Garéoult town hall (Monday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. and Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.);
  • by communicating them to the attention of the investigating commissioner by post, addressed to the town hall of Garéoult, located 16 Place de l'Eglise – 83136 Garéoult;
  • or electronically using the “contact us” form by selecting the theme “Environmental public inquiries” on the website of state services in : www.var.gouv.fr/.

→ Mr. Michel RIQUETappointed as investigating commissioner, will receive the public at Garéoult town hall on the following days:

  • Monday November 18, 2024: from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • Thursday November 28, 2024: from 1:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.
  • Monday December 2, 2024: from 1:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.
  • Friday December 6, 2024: from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday December 10, 2024: from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday December 18, 2024: from 1:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.

Information concerning the project under investigation may be requested from the project leader, the departmental directorate of territories and the Var sea, planning and prospective department, Boulevard du 112ème Régiment d'Infanterie – CS 31209 – 83070 TOULON CEDEX .

The file is monitored by the risks department ([email protected]).

These observations will be published below with mention of the identity of their author (surname, first name); personal data (telephone number, email addresses, postal addresses, etc.) will be deleted.

No comments or proposals received outside the public inquiry period will be taken into consideration.
