Russia has once again attacked the southern port city of Odessa with drones and missiles launched into the city center. These strikes caused casualties and significant material damage as Moscow intensifies its attacks on Ukrainian civilian infrastructure as winter approaches.

At least one person was killed and around a dozen others were injured, including a 9-year-old child, in the latest Russian strike on the city of Odessa, in Ukraine. « Odessa once again suffered a massive enemy attack (…) According to preliminary data, one person died », indicated the emergency services on Telegram. The deceased person is “ a 35 year old woman who was sleeping near a window », According to a publication by the mayor of this important Black Sea port, Gennadiï Trukhanov, on the same social network.

If the situation is under control this morning, according to the governor, it shows the vulnerability of the port city, regularly attacked with drones or missiles. Only a few days ago, a similar attack also damaged the city’s energy infrastructure.
