The match between France and Israel will take place in a tense climate. Several left-wing associations and groups notably marched in the streets of Paris on Wednesday, November 13, against the holding of a pro-Israel gala and the meeting.
An important police device to supervise a controversial event. A rally is being held on Wednesday, November 13, in support of the Jewish state, organized by the Israeli far right. To protest in particular against the holding of this gala, pro-Palestinian activists gathered in the streets of the capital.
Among the demonstrators, many are those who denounce the holding of the France-Israel match in the League of Nations, scheduled for this Thursday at the Stade de France. “Football may be symbolic, but it is one of a number of things that we do not prohibit in Israel”explains a demonstrator. If the parade passed peacefully, at the end of the demonstration, hooded individuals damaged establishments.
